"I called into the office because I wanted to know the price I was paying for both my cars because my rate was higher than I remember. The lady on the other end gave me a blantly wrong answer but whatever I wasn't getting anywhere so I ended the call and started looking on the app. After 10 minutes I got an email notification that the lady I was on the phone with had charged the full amount to my debit card.(Over 20 days early from my usual auto pay) I called back and asked what happened and was told she got 'confused'. At first was told it couldn't be undone but after explaining my account would go into the negative, they swore up and down it was going to be refunded. The amount was charged to my card and was never made right. Crazy if I ever accidentally miss a payment I get shafted but this company can accidentally just take my money and there's nothing I can do about it. Edit: I don't use my real name on the Internet"
